Valtorans are the second most numerous species that inhabited the Allied Nations of Alvira apart from the Alvirans themselves. Having their own autonomous customs and regions, the Valtorans was absorbed amidst the events of the Century of Horrors, but soon contributed greatly to the expansion and exploration attempt of the Alliance as an integral part of the growing civilization.
