Mavenu served as [[List of Ministers of Foreign Affairs|Foreign Affairs Minister]] for the The South Pacific, last elected in November 2008 and served until March 2010. He previously held the position between August 2007-August 2008 as well as December 2005-March 2006.
He had a number of retired puppets scattered in the The South Pacific and Canada regions. Most of these puppets were made using his Nation State name and attaching a number to the end of it.
