The Allied Occupation of Karnetvor was a military occupation of Karnetvor that immediately followed its surrender in 7 February 1955, ending the Great War. The occupation lasted until 7 June 1965.
The territory of Karnetvor was divided into nine occupation zones under a joint Allied authority, eight on the mainland and one constituting the Karnetvor-held islands in the South Pacific Ocean. The mainland occupation zones largely followed the borders of the old kingdoms of the Karnetvorian Federation, with three exceptions. Eastern Molotov was under Denvari authority until 1957 when it was merged with the Ryccian zone. The city of Drižny in Karnetia and its immediate surroundings was under TCC authority. The Karnetvorian capital Karnetgrad was under joint authority. Despite its proximity to the TCC, the Tasternine archipelago was placed under Sedunnic authority due to fears of the TCC annexing it, and a generally friendly attitude of Tasterniners towards Sedunners. To compensate, the TCC was given authority over Drižny in the otherwise Sedunnic-occupied Karnetia. Tasternine and Government Island were governed by Sedunn separately from the Allied authorities in the mainland.
The occupation of Karnetvor was first overseen by Sedunnic General Hejerr Remstallu, the then Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers. He was succeeded by Ryccian General Alexander Louverie. Having helped end the war, Karnetvorian Princess Zelda remained on the throne. Karnetvor was governed by a democratically elected cabinet under the supervision of the Allies.
In 1957, Government Island, which had been annexed by Karnetvor during the war, was declared a condominium following the the Treaty of Higurashi. In 7 June 1965, following the signing of the Treaty of Tarvem, full sovereignty of all occupied territory, including Tasternine, was restored to Karnetvor and all Allied forces left the nation.
