The Elbonian Empire (Elbonian: Ælbonlannkar Vøldarvældskar), also known as Hecklerite Elbonia or simply Elbonia, was a large empire that was established in Cordilia between 1688 and 1815, encompassing parts of modern Sugovia and strips of Weisserstein.
In 1688, with the end of the Heckel-Cleves War, the Elbonian realm was united for the first time in its history under the leadership of the House of Heckel. Lœtviek II was later crowned as Lœtviek I of a unified Elbonian Empire. The empire achieved military supremacy in Central Cordilia through notable victories in the Elbonian Wars, namely the Hohenlander War against the Kingdom of Seventeen Years' War against Zierenburg and Nordmark, the First Algarian War against the Kingdom of Algaria, the First Eastern Coalition War against the Kirchenstine Duchies, Moorshaven, Ostgau, Aldental, and Saltzemarkt, the First Stoino-Elbonian War against Stoinia, the War in Armonia against the United Kingdoms of Riverion and Armonia, and the Sixteenth Sunlandic War against the Kingdom of Sunland.
