Al-Adhan Cherkhyre was originally 2 different cities built near Cherkhyre Bay. Al-Adhan, the first of the 2, was founded in 1899 by Dr. Hans Turkist. Cherkhyre, the other city, was founded in 1902 by the President, Olaf Sarkunij. The public usually just grouped these cities together, because of their proximity. This actually put pressure on the government to actually join the cities, which happened in 1917. This city's metro dates back before the city being crowned a city, in 1814. | |||
