All scheduled elections and appointments take place in June and December.
The WA Delegate is elected, and all other positions (Big Kahuna, Vice-Ducktator, Civil Defense Officer, Foreign Affairs Commissioner, Consul-General, World Assembly Minister, Minister of Culture, Poet Laureate, Records and Archives, and Foreign Affairs Consultant) are appointed.
