Emerald-Denver has multiple administrative divisions. The most highest of these are Reigonstates(or Countries), as of 2021, there have only been 2. After Reigonstates, are States(Denver) and Provinces(Emerald,+Territory), with there being 4 states and 5 provinces. After that, It diverges with Denver having Counties and Emerald having Districts and Royal House Territories.
