"Koehne's second son was truly a natural soldier. Parading and assembling guns at the age most kids play with toys. I wouldn't be surprised if he'd grow into the next military innovator."—A soldier of the Kybok Dragoons.
Mekongo Siba is the adopted son of Major Fritz Koehne and a renowned General in the armed forces of Sallodesia. His parents died during the Sallodesian Bush War and would come under the wing of Fritz Koehne and the Kybok Dragoons where he'd grow up. After the Bush War, Siba followed Koehne back to Weisserstein where he completed his military education. Later on, he'd join the Sallodesian Army through a special procedure. From the start of his service, Siba has distinguished himself among the modern general of Sallodesia and seen as one of Sallodesia's finest military officers.
