The Lock and Key policy is a foreign affairs and trade policy initiative in the United States of Izaakia (Pacifica). The system is used to manage access to Izaakian economic sectors and visas, based on political relations with the nation. The system has 6 levels ranging from Level 0, which is strict economic sanctions to Level 5 which is full economic access including critical defense infrastructure.
