New Ali was a member of the Atlantic Central Command, an early raider organization [1]. They were able to secure the delegacy from Killer Monkeys with ACC endorsements because the intelligence agency of the South Pacific had sent 15 WA nations to aid Heartland against a Farker raid [2] [3]. After three days, Killer Monkeys replaced New Ali as delegate.
