The 53rd Tepertopian Assembly is the current meeting of the Tepertopian Assembly, the federal legislative branch of the United Protectorate of Tepertopia. It constituted in Happelstein on 4 March 2024 and is due to be dissolved by the Protector of Tepertopia on 4 March 2027.

In the 2024 Tepertopian Assembly election, the Moderates (M) lost their plurality, tieing with the Welfare Party (W) at 23 seats each. The Merchants' Guild (GUILD) won 16, Canon (C) 15, The Future is Ours! (FiO) eight, the Digital Democracy Party (DDP) five, and the Grays (GRAYS) three seats. The Republic & You! (R&Y) entered the Assembly for the first time, winning one seat. Independents took six seats.

Before the constituting session, Assemblywoman-elect Liza Buckley caused controversy, refusing to take the oath of office stipulated by the Tepertopian Articles of Union since it included a pledge of loyalty to the Protector, which Buckley, who was elected for the decidedly republican R&Y, claimed to be in violation of her freedom of conscience, likewise guaranteed by the Articles. After being granted an injunction by the High Court of Tepertopia to stop the ten-day countdown to automatic loss of office instituted by the Articles on 12 March in order to prepare the legal proceedings, the case is still awaiting oral arguments before the Court.

The Assembly President is Seymour Farnham (M).
