The Cydonia Naval Academy Vessel Classification System, colloquially called the 'Voidsea System' is a system used to classify military vessels in the Voidsea. Originally created for use in the Compact Navy, it has made widespread use among most groups in the Voidsea. The Cydonia Naval Academy Vessel Classification System notably does not classify spacecraft as they are smaller than 100 meters.

Cutters are fast patrol ships, made for anti-piracy missions. They contain smaller weapons and usually don't have offensive missile systems. Cutters are the smallest ships to carry spacecraft, able to carry two A/C-19 'Sprite' Gunships.

Corvettes are the smallest 'proper' warships. They have offensive missile systems, their own faster than light, and are usually used to hunt down pirates or serve as pickets for larger ships. Corvettes subdivide into Patrol Corvettes (FFP), Point Defense Corvettes (FFD), and Light Corvettes (FFL).
