The United Protectorate of Tepertopia has a multi-party system facilitated by its directorial government and parliament being elected through proportional and semi-proportional systems respectively. Long dominated by The Moderate, the People's Welfare Party, and the Merchants Guild, the political landscape fragmented in the early 2000's to the point that the voting system for the Assembly got changed so that today, only seven parties remain represented on the Federal level.
