The following is a list of all major Clade Families and their main subdivisions within the  Confluence of Empires, divided based on their origin.

To clarify: "Clade Family" is a term used in the Confluence to refer to multiple clades that are closely associated to one another regardless of any actual phylogenetic ties. A prime example of this is the Terragen Athaviaa, a very large Family that is actually comprised of dozens of different clades that all fall under the common categorization of "bird" by, for example, earthly standards.

Terragen Clade Families

  1. Humans: bipedal, naturally-evolved great apes originating from outside the Lampshade Galaxy. Progenitors of the Terragen.
  2. Nudontoceti: uplifted toothed whales of the Odontocetes clade. Some of its main members include the Aurelphins and the Gigorwheil.
  3. Athaviaa: a very large group of uplifted "bird" sophonts belonging to many different clades. The Corvijnee and the Pahrvanots are prevalent members of this Clade Family.
  4. Coleoperyors: uplifted sophonts of the Coleoidea subclass, primarily squids, octopi and cuttlefish. Some of its main subgroups include the Ochtrophee and the Patternweavers.
  5. Emoduhiants: uplifted rays of the Mobula genus.
  6. Simiiforumai: uplifted monkeys of the Simiiformes infraorder, such as the Duicova and the Ohlramann.
  7. Silvestrines: uplifted cats.
  8. Dewclaao: uplifted canids of the Canidae and Hyaenidae families, such as foxes, dogs and hyenas. The Yewanis and the Aminovi are some of its most well-known members.
  9. Nuur’iigs: uplifted pigs.
  10. Apoikoll: uplifted social hive minds created by insects of the Hymenoptera order, such as ants and bees.
  11. Suzeiphants: uplifted elefants.
  12. Ryonglir: uplifted sophonts of the Lagomorpha order and the Sciuromorpha and Myomorpha sub-orders, including rabbits, pikas, mice and rats like the Ythronfir or the Leapjacks.
  13. Uvounura: uplifted frogs of the Anura order.
  14. Ourobors: uplifted snakes of the Serpentes sub-order.
  15. Jellusina: uplifted jellyfish of the Ctenophora phylum and crown‑group Medusozoa, with large portions of their body made from biological transparent computronium.
  16. Polyreefers: uplifted coral reefs and colonial polips creating interconnected minds as aquatic biological computers.
  17. Dindelseids: uplifted Angiosperm and Gymnosperm trees that use symbiotic drone species to perceive and interact with the world.

Galactyakin Clade Families

  1. Kesheia: quadrupedal and fuzzy naturally-evolved sapients with an anatomy resembling that of Earth deer. Progenitors of the Galactyakin.
  2. Ooxathru: large, quadrupedal uplifts that filled a niche similar to horses or dogs on Galactya.
  3. Sheulsarr: hexapodal, aquatic cephalopod-like organisms uplifted by the Kesheia.
  4. Kilmantsi: large, colorful hexapodal neogens partially resembling the earthly praying mantiss.
  5. Mandeloops: titanic, space-dwelling neogens consisting of fractal cavities arranged in loops.
  6. Proo’theyas: large, unicellular sapients forming temporary pseudopods for locomotion.
  7. Magmaviin: nanoscopic neogens with a magmatter-based biology living inside of stars.
  8. Eulla’malar: uplifted lazurogenic recreations of the jurassic dinosauromorpha clade.
  9. Iuthxoe: exotic neogens based on chemical cycles embedded in convection cells generated by any turbulent fluid.
  10. Poleyraut: neogens possessing many highly precise, retractable limbs living in microgravity environments.

Silvalian Clade Families

  1. Colestians: naturally-evolved, plant-like, facultative bipedal climbers with a long tail that feed through photosynthesis. Progenitors of the Silvalians.
  2. Lumnifers: fractal metamorphic neogens with extremely efficient bionano optical computers.
  3. Velupyota: a sapient swarm of interstellar terraforming bioships.
  4. Fathrae: colonies of polymorphic monocellular aggregates uplifted to retain permanent, though fluid, sapience.

Flowkin Clade Families

  1. Xelmonerenes: giant, exotic sapients existing in the metallic hydrogen core of a gas giants.
  2. Neunevunn: exotic, microscopic sapients living inside the superfluid outer core of neutron stars.
  3. Trrarrusians: octapodal, bipedal sapients that resemble humans in multiple aspects.
  4. Imbrians: hexapodal sapients with both bird and insect characteristics.
  5. Usca: ocean-dwelling xenosophonts that resemble very large spanish dancer sea slugs.
  6. Jhar’ord: symbiotic sapients consisting of a mobile plant-like hive and flying bug-like drones.
  7. Eurekt: bioluminescent beings living in geothermally heated underwater oceans of icy moons.
  8. Zyloxin: intelligent colorful crystals that communicate through complex music-like patterns.
  9. Pheevee: aerostatic sapients using gas pouches and air flows to fly in the skies of their homeworld.
  10. Yehani'mul: furry, hexapodal sapients originating from a cold, paludial planet.
  11. Xe'qarin: twenty-eight-limbed large sapients with radar-like biological radioreceptors.
  12. Tihumuuh: low temperature, crab-like xenosophonts inhabiting Titan-like worlds.
  13. Peehhpep: low temperature gelatinous sapients, uplifted by the Tihumuuh.
