The Bureau of Writing & Recommendation Affairs is the bureau within the Office of World Assembly Legislation that is primarily responsible for the creation, management, maintenance, and distribution of Office of World Assembly Legislation with regards to the OWL dashboard, the OWL's Office Analysis that is displayed on the OWL dashboard, the distribution of dispatches within and outside of the Office of World Assembly Legislation and the creation and writing of OWL voting recommendations with regards to both World Assembly Security Council and General Assembly resolutions.
