Europe is a region founded in November 2002, before founders were added to the game. It is notable for its age, high population, and endorsement culture.

Government

The European Government consists of four institutions; The Executive, The European Parliament, The European Council, and the European Commission. The Delegate is elected by the European Parliament

The Executive

The Executive is the head institution of the region. It consists of the Founder, The Delegate, and Cabinet Members. The Delegate appoints Regional Officers, and Cabinet Members.

Legislative

The Legislative Body of the region consists of the European Parliament, and the European Commission.

The European Parliament

The European parliament was an ad hoc legislative body to express the will of Europe. It is made up of WA members, i.e. electors. After the passage of the Government Act 2017, the region's founding constitutional document, the European Parliament gained broad legislative authority.

The European Commission

The European Commission was created in December 2017 by the Government Act 2017. It empowers three people, elected on rotating three month terms, to bring legislative proposals before the European Parliament.

Judicative

The European Council

The European Council is the court that reviews judicial status and interprets statuses. It also serves as the region's Election Commission. Members of the Council (a.k.a Commissioners) are elected to three month terms, with each commissioner being elected per month. These officers are granted authority over polling and are not considered members of the Government, who are appointed solely at executive discretion. These people are meant to write or change the laws by which Europe is governed.

Minor Government Institutions

The region has some minor institutions that help govern the region.

Moderation Committee

The Moderation Committee is the institution that is tasked with moderating the region's message board. Its members consists of the Commissioners, The Delegate, Home Secretary, and Foreign Secretary. The Committee makes regulations on what can be posted to the RMB.

Home Office

The Home Office is comprised of the people responsible for making Europe a better place. Anything which happens inside the borders of the region is under the purview of the Home Office, such as polls in Europe, maintaining the RMB, preserving the security and stability of the region, retaining residents, and operating the region's democratically-informed governmental structure. The Home Office is the Office which directly affects residents of Europe. With malice towards none and charity towards all, the role of the government in the region is nothing more than to facilitate a better time within the region. The office is headed by the Home Secretary.

Foreign Office

The Foreign Office is the institution that handles the region's foreign relations. It comprises the people responsible for managing the foreign relations of Europe. The Office is headed by the Foreign Secretary.

WA Office

The World Assembly Office (WA Office) helps members of the region decide how to vote on World Assembly resolutions and offer arguments and perspectives on those resolutions. The Office is headed by the WA secretary.

Foreign Relations

The region currently adopts a Live and Let Live policy, which means they will remain neutral. The region is a member of the World Assembly Legislative League.
