Hanblen (Ryccia) (Pacifica)

Hanblen is a state-owned company in Ryccia. It owns Ryccia's oil reserves and has a legal monopoly on oil extraction in Ryccian territory.

The Ryccian government owns 70% of the company. Private entities own 30% of the rest, as Ryccian law allows for state-owned companies to sell shares as long as the state remains the majority shareholder.
