 Izaakia, Manta City Menntasop 1623-1915 Major trading post, exchange of goods and services Yes, until 1884 Leased from the Izaakian Manta Rover Colony. The region was conquered in 1884 by Karnetvor but the Sedunnic businesses were allowed to stay. In 1905 all Sedunnic businesses were expelled at the start of the Second Winter War between Karnetvor and Izaakia (the latter receiving support from Sedunn).
