New Ali was the fourth Delegate of the South Pacific. They held the delegacy for three days some time before May 3 2003.[1]

New Ali was a member of the Atlantic Central Command, an early raider organization, and flew the ACC flag over the region.[2]. They were able to secure the delegacy from Killer Monkeys with ACC endorsements because the intelligence agency of the South Pacific had sent 15 WA nations to aid Heartland against a Farker raid.[3][4] After three days, Killer Monkeys replaced New Ali as delegate.

The Atlantic Central Command was condemned in 2019, with the New Ali invasion cited as a reason.
