THE MATT- DUCK was Delegate of the South Pacific from 31 October to 23 December 2003. He founded the first military organization of the South Pacific and the Matt-Duck Law Index is named in his memory.

The nation was founded in late July 2003, during the delegacy of The XYZ Affair.[1] THE MATT- DUCK was elected as the region's first Secretary of Defence in July 2003,[2] and was re-elected in the August and September 2003 elections.[3][4] He founded the Defence Force South Pacific (DSP), the first military organization of the South Pacific, in September 2003; its original purpose was to protect friendly and allied regions.[5]

LadyRebels stepped down as delegate on 31 October 2003, naming THE MATT- DUCK as her replacement.[6] During his delegacy, he was considered generally fair and friendly, ejecting only two nations.[1] He resigned the position on 23 December 2003 and was succeeded by LadyRebels.[7]

The player behind THE MATT- DUCK passed away in January 2004.[8] His flag was made the battle flag of the DSP, awards were given in his name, and the MATT- DUCK law index is named in his honor.[9]
