The UPRAN (Aegean: ΗΕPAN, Aegean pronunciation: [ieran]), or United Provinces of Rhayna, Alla-gy and Néa-gy (Aegean: Ηνωμένες Επαρχίες του Ραινα, Aλλα-γυ και Νέα-γυ, Aegean pronunciation: [inoménes eparchíes tou raina, alla gy kai néa gy]) is a big-sized nation located in the South Pacific and located on the western coast of Cordilia, on the coast of the Cordilian Sea bordered by Qaweritoyu and Nori Natto to the north and Valkyria, Union of Hystaiga and the Federal Union of Kosbareland at the south.
