San Marsico, officially, the People's Republic of San Marsico, is a socialist-democratic state on the far Northern reaches of Bailtem. it is bordered to the north by the Republic of Marica, south by the Dacian Federation, and to the east by New Altnavia. The nation's main leader is President Weliki Vanzuik.
History:
The People's Republic of San Marsico was originally recognized as the United Provinces of San Marsico from 1825-1921, when Myjek Delyit, who worked as a dictatorship, sent the country into economic depression, hitting everyone, but him. A private militia, "The People's Fighting Group," took matters into their own hands, and declared the Independence of a new nation, known today as the People's Republic of San Marsico.
