ResultIntroduction of officially recognised country codes for all WF members and observers

World Forum Resolution 3 - A resolution on country codes was an unanimously passed resolution submitted by the Valkyrian Republic on 19 September 2018. It formally established two- and three-letter country codes for all World Forum members and observers, indirectly creating a precedent by which recognised World Forum country codes are seen as "more recognised" than the self-given codes of non-WF members and observers. The resolution did not touch on historic country codes, country codes of states outside the WF or ccTLDs. This led to minor disputes, e.g. when Alterra was claiming the two-letter country code "AT" previously considered - and in terms of ccTLDs officially established - to be the code for the former Kingdom of Atlantis, which existed until 2011.[1]
