The South Pacific mounted a resistance that managed to place The Fathoms Below in the delegacy.[1][2] The Fathoms Below unbanned all nations that The XYZ Affair had banned and ejected The XYZ Affair.[3]
During their delegacy, The Fathoms Below encouraged endo-swapping and allowed nations such as Desert Rose to come close to the delegacy, seeing this as democracy.[4] By June 25 the World Factbook Entry read:[5]
