Alpha C was the Delegate of the South Pacific from approximately 2 July to 14 July 2003.

By 19 May Alpha C was present in the West Pacific and applied to join the Atlantic Central Command.[1] They were part of an attempted ACC operation in the Rejected Realms in early June.[2] Alpha C moved into the South Pacific between 13 and 18 June to assist in the overthrow of The XYZ Affair, displaying "Atlantic" in their motto.[3] At some time beginning between June 23 and 28, they gathered endorsements in an attempt to become delegate.[4] When previous delegate The Fathoms Below ejected their own nation and several others in early July, Alpha C had the highest endorsements and so became delegate.

Alpha C was criticized for their continued allegiance to the Atlantic Central Command. While remaining in the Atlantic Central Command, Alpha C stated he would choose the South Pacific over the ACC[5], but continued to use the ACC flag over the region. While the Coalition was permitted to run the region, the ACC were understood to be in charge.[6] Alpha C was also criticized for banning nations with no given reason[7] (though at least one of these was dangerously close to the delegacy).[8]

On 14 July 2003, Alpha C was ejected from the United Nations.[9] While on holiday, he had allowed Desert Rose to access his nation on a computer used to access the UN nations of both Desert Rose and LadyRebels, and all three lost their United Nations status.[10] The delegacy passed to the nation with the next highest endorsement count, Garylandia.

After his delegacy, Alpha C continued raiding and his nation 'AlphaC' was likely deleted by moderation for griefing in September 2003.[11][12][13] Alpha C returned to the South Pacific in late September 2003 and last logged on in March 2004.[14]
