The Nicholas and Great British Armed Forces are the military forces of Nicholas and Great Britain. It consists of the NGB Navy, the NGB Army and the NGB Air Force.
The armed forces are managed by the Ministry of Defence and controlled by the Council of Defence, chaired by the Minister of Defence. The head of the NGB Army is the Field Marshal, the head of the navy is the Grand Admiral and the head of the air force is the Air Chief General. The Commander-in-Chief is the uppermost position in the armed forces and has control over all three of the military branches. Since the 4th of May 2022, the Commander-in-Chief is the Supreme Leader. From the 7th of May 2009 to the 4th of May 2022 the position of Commander-in-Chief was held by a separate person. Before the May 2009 it was held by the monarch. Nicholas and Great Britain spends 5.7% of their GDP on the military, which is around $170 billion, making it one of the largest in the world by military expenditures.
