Tsugunare (Pelinese: つぐなれ; Samaric: ܬܣܘܼܓܘܼܢܵܪܲܐ, Tsugunāra), is a major city in eastern Samara, Pelinai. It is a specially administrated federal city and is the largest urban area in the Samara Federal Region, with an estimated total of 11.5 million long-term residents within the Tsugunare city limits.
Tsugunare has remained a major city in Milayakh since the iron age, when it was made the capital of the expanding Neo-Samarahi Empire. It is currently the largest city on the Kingdom of Pelinai by both population and land area, and is a major economic and cultural center in Pelinai.

Climate
Tsugunare possesses a humid subtropical climate, similar to the wider Milayakh and South Bailtemmic Plain regions. It has short, cool winters with roughly 25 nights yearly of below-freezing temperatures, along with sporadic snow and freezing precipitation, while summers are marked by high humidity, temperatures, and precipitation comparable to tropical rainforest climates like northern Sevaria. Precipitation is consistently high throughout the year, with an average of 1,340mm of yearly rain and snowfall.
