Tsugunare (Pelinese: つぐなれ; Samaric: ܬܣܘܼܓܘܼܢܵܪܲܐ, Tsugunāra), is a major city in eastern Samara, Pelinai. It is a specially administrated federal city and is the largest urban area in the Samara Federal Region, with an estimated total of 11.5 million long-term residents within the Tsugunare city limits.

Tsugunare has remained a major city in Milayakh since the Iron Age, when it was made the capital of the expanding Neo-Samarahi Empire. It is now currently the largest city in the Kingdom of Pelinai by both population and land area, and possesses multiple nationally significant universities, cultural centers, and industrial areas.
