Tsugunare (Pelinese: つぐなれ; Samaric: ܬܣܘܼܓܘܼܢܵܪܲܐ, Tsugunāra), is a major city in eastern Samara, Pelinai. It is a specially administrated federal city and is the largest urban area in the Samara Federal Region, with a population total of 11.5 million within the Tsugunare city limits.

Tsugunare has remained a major city in Milayakh (Pacifica)Milayakh since the iron age, when it was made the capital of the expanding Neo-Samarahi Empire. It is currently the largest city on the Kingdom of Pelinai by both land area and population, and is a major economic and cultural center in Pelinai.
