Weisserstein, officially the Imperial Republic of Weisserstein (Alman: Reichsrepublik Weisserstein) or the Weissersteiner Empire (Alman: Weissersteiner Kaiserreich), is an Almannic nation located in North-Central and Central Cordilia, bordered by Sugovia and Past in the east, Siromiana in the south, the Weissersteiner Sea, the Bay of Lileanen, and the Gulf of Weisserstein to the west. The nation runs mostly along several major rivers, including the Wald, the Linne, and the Rhine, and is surrounded by several mountain chains, including the Kaisersstolz Mountains and the Sunlandic Highlands.

Early settlement of Almannic groups from Frastinia settled in the lands beyond the Sugo during the Southwards Migration. (more history later)

Weisserstein is divided into twelve Imperial States, the largest of which being the United Kingdom of Lichtenburg, Steidland, and Rhineland, which itself is divided further into six Crown Lands, one of which houses the capital city of Weisserstein, Kaiserslicht, and former capital of Weisserstein from 1810-1814, Lichterstadt.
