The Holy Socialist Empire of Non-Believers commonly called the Non-Believers, is a Dictatorship in South America. It is bordered on the north by Colombia, on the south by the Free State of Brazil, by the east by Peru and on the west by the Atlantic Ocean. The Non-Believers covers 8,515,767 square kilometers and has an estimated population of 2 billion. The Non-Believers comprises of 8 SUBDIVISIONS and 7 TERRITORIES.
Etymology
The name "non-believers" comes from the nation's independence fight. The founders of the nation promised that there would be "no believers of any kind in our land"
The standard way to refer to a citizen of the Non-Believers is as a "non-believer."

Geography
The entire inland area (except for the South Plains) is rainforest. Most of the coast is industrial. The South Plains Area has been devastated by bombs and is largely desert.

The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 2.355 billion Non-Believers are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."
Language
Non-Believer English is nearly the same as American English ecxpt for some minor spellings and word removed.

Religion of any kind is very illegal, punishable by death.
