The January 2020 delegate election was an election in the South Pacific held between 10 and 20 January 2020 to elect the delegate. The incumbent delegate, Aumeltopia, successfully campaigned for re-election, defeating Beepee in the second round of voting.

Election

First round

The first round of the delegate election was held on the forum between 10 and 13 January 2020. Only citizens serving as legislators by 3 January at 02:00 UTC were eligible to vote. There were four candidates on the ballot since Agalaesia withdrew before the vote. At the time of the vote, 62 legislators were eligible to vote, but only 36 legislators ultimately voted, leaving a 58.06% turnout.

Second round

The second round of the delegate election was held gameside between 13 and 20 January 2020. In order to vote in the second round, nations must have been WA members and native residents of the South Pacific.
