Percy Le Rogue (born June 11, 1959) is the Executive Director of Terra Firma Agronomics, Founder of the Green Horizons charity to clear minefields and prevent war related famines, and an investor. He was formerly a Commander in the Izaakian Special Air Service, seeing action in the Penisular War between Montaica and Brodlancia in 1979-1980. Following the war, he was honourably discharged with an injury, and founded Terra Firma Agronomics.
Early Life
Percy Le Rogue was born at New Mako General Hospital on June 11th 1959 to Heinrich and Athena Le Rogue, large aristocratic land owners in Izaakia. He was the identical twin of Ernest Le Rogue former Prime Minster of Izaakia. He was educated at St Ottery Preparatory School and the Black Prince Grammar School an exclusive private school.
Military Career
At the age of 16 in 1975 Percy Le Rogue joined the armed forces, finishing top of his class at the Diana School of Warfare. In 1977 he joined the Izaakian Special Air Service, and in 1979 he was promoted to commander, becoming the youngest ever person to hold the position. He saw action in the Peninsular war 1979-1980, where he received medals for outstanding service. In 1980 he was honourably discharged after receiving an injury in the leg.
Terra Firma Agronomics
In 1981 Percy Le Rogue founded Terra Firma Agronomics in Termina. The firm produces agricultural equipment, vehicles, pesticides and fertilisers. His astute business sense has led to the company becoming a large player in the sector.
Green Horizons Initiative
In 1985 founded the Green Horizons Initiative which aims to clear minefields from farmland, and to help prevent famine during wars, and the immediate aftermath of war by helping farmers.
OOC - Mercenary and Arms Dealing Career
Unofficially Terra Firma Agronomics is a front for arms dealing and a mercenary force made up of internationally recruited former service personnel. By usually being involved in conflicts in the Izaakian interest, but that Izaakia does not want to be seen to do business with, it has avoided the scrutiny from Izaakian authorities.
