Syldain, officially the Republic of Syldain (Syldaean: Republik Syldain), is an insular country in the East Cordilian Islands. Syldain's closest neighbors are Hazelia, Transsuneria and New Emrald. The capital city, Seda, is located on the western side of Syldain island. The Republic comprises a land area of 33,180 km² (12,810 sq mi), and the highest point is the Naspitz, at 2,827 m (9,275 ft) in elevation. The population was 5,358,982 at the 2024 census, which makes it a moderately densely populated country with 163 inhabitants per km² (422/sq mi).
