Branta Island is the largest of the three Anserisan Islands with approximately 53% of the total land area of the country. It is also the most populous with around 281 000 people or about 61% of the population. The largest city and capital of Anserisa, Brantavilla is located on the southern tip of the island and contains about 73% of the island's population or 45% of the entire Anserisan population. The next biggest cities are Alisa, on the east coast and Chevrona in the centre, near Mount Canadensiso.
