The Space and Aeronautics Rhaynan Administration (Aegean: Ράινκή Υπηρεσία Διαστήματος και Αεροναυτικής, SARA) is the national aeronautics and space agency in Rhayna operating under the Ministry of Science. SARA is the only responsible of Rhayna for space research, aerospace technology development and launch of spacecraft into orbit, and is involved in other missions in cooperation with the CPSC. Its motto is "We All Go Higher".
On October 11, 1956, the dictator Elián Vasileiou founded the Space and Aeronautics Rhaynan Administration (SARA) as a low-orbit militarization project.
On October 11, 1966, after the execution of Elián and all the representatives of his party who had participated in the acts of crime against the Alla-gyans or the coup d'état of the 3rd Great Rhayna Republic in the Trials of Archaíos, Under UPRAN's mandate, SARA was officially repurposed for civil and scientific purposes.
The only missions that SARA commanded were investigative missions carried out by robots or telecommunications satellite launches, until the resignation of Vradlen Larionova and the entry of Kondrat Trentino as administrator of the agency, which proposed the continuation of the Almá missions with cosmonauts, and the launch of the Enosi space module into orbit.
