The Space and Aeronautics Rhaynan Administration (Aegean: Ράινκη Υπηρεσία Διαστήματος και Αεροναυτικής, ΡΥΔΑ) is the national aeronautics and space agency in Rhayna operating under the Ministry of Science. SARA is the only responsible in Rhayna for space research, aerospace technology development and launch of spacecraft into orbit, and is involved in other missions in cooperation with the CPSC. Its motto is "We All Go Higher".

On December 25, 1968, it was established 3 years after the creation of the United Provinces with the mission of telecommunication research and experimental investigation in both space and aeronautics.

The only missions that SARA commanded were telecommunications satellite launches by small rockets, until the resignation of Vradlen Larionova and the entry of Kondrat Trentino as administrator of the agency, which proposed the continuation of the Alma missions with cosmonauts, the launch of the Enosi space module into orbit and the creation of the Orizontas Seria Program.
