The Space and Aeronautics Rhaynan Administration (Aegean: Ράινκη Υπηρεσία Διαστήματος και Αεροναυτικής, ΡΥΔΑ) is the national aeronautics and space agency in Rhayna operating under the Ministry of Science. SARA is the only responsible for Rhayna for space research, aerospace technology development and launch of spacecraft into orbit, and is involved in other missions in cooperation with the CPSC. Its motto is "We All Go Higher".

On December 25, 1956, the former government of dictator Elián Vasileiou founded the Space and Aeronautics Rhaynan Administration (SARA) as a low-orbit militarization project.

After the execution of Elián and all the representatives of his party who had participated in acts of crime in the Eliánic dictatorship, under UPRAN's mandate, SARA was officially repurposed for civil and scientific purposes.

The only missions that SARA commanded were telecommunications satellite launches by small rockets, until the resignation of Vradlen Larionova and the entry of Kondrat Trentino as administrator of the agency, which proposed the continuation of the Almá missions with cosmonauts, the launch of the Enosi space module into orbit and the creation of the Orízontas Seriá Program.
