The domain is operated by the Gianlucian Network Agency (GNA) (Alman: Gianlucische Netzwerkagentur), which also operates the .at-domain for websites by or for Atlantics since 2014. The agency, although officially belonging to the Gianlucian Ministry of Infrastructure, acts independently on a non-profit basis. They are financed by subsidies from the federal and state governments, membership fees and donations. Any natural or legal person globally may become member of the GNA.
