Candice Cohen ( (1994-05-01) May 1, 1994 (age 30) Agorport Nasphilitae) is a Political economist who specialises in Cliometric cross-disciplinary analysis and Monetary Macroeconomics. She is the younger sister of Kamala Cohen, the co-founder of The National Registry, together with Methodologist and discrete mathematician Elena Bartlett who was the doctoral tutor of Candice. She is currently employed in The OPAL and IaN projects whose chairman is Matthew Greene. Kamala and Candice came from a middle-income household, which is likely the reason behind Morans and Stenhouses favourable view of Candice; Despite Ayala Morans public dislike of Kamala. She is openly in a relationship with Sera Clayton, a meteorologist and co-worker, though they are unable to formally engage in a union nor marriage, as per Nasphiliti LGBT legislation (or lack thereof).

Two distinguishing features of Candice, in comparison to her elder sister Kamala, are within their approach and schools of economy, as well as Candices harsher, critical tone; Which was observed by and commented by NAACN, ahead of the 2024 general elections. The NAACN Issue in question was a response to "Highly Productive Developmental Monetary Impoverishment" essay written in large by Candice, in which she counters a widespread incorrect public opinion on Nasphilitis workforce being the source issue of slow economic development and stagnation during The Lost Decade. This essay was received to be controversial, as it put an end to an age-old public myth surrounding "The Golden Age of Nasphilitae" during the reign of Queen Dorothy Atkinsons and King Carl Darzens; While also challenging the high public perception of times during which Nasphilitae was part of The Austral Empires Commonwealth.

On May 24, 2024 (2024-05-24), Candice was sent to The WF as an advisory council to Adrianna Rolston, after Stenhouse refused the position for unclear reasons. This decision was strongly supported by both Renske of the Nasphilitae National Party (whom Candice is a member of), Ayala Moran (whos had a long rivalry with Rolston) and Head of HM Cabinet for External Affairs Earl Quinlann Emmerson. It didn't receive support from Lead Director of the AID Peeress Madison Edwards. She is the youngest public figure in Nasphilitae, together with ¿¿Randiceᛆᛆ, if one considers ¿¿Randiceᛆᛆ publicly well known enough.

Candice is part of "The New Political Economic School of Nasphilitae" and declares herself to be an advocate of "The Old International Relations School of Nasphilitae", the latter statement received confirmation from Stenhouse. The Cohen family profess to Ashkenazi Judaism. Candice speaks three additional languages fluently: Montacian, Karnetvorian, and the Judaic religions language equivalent; As well as Austral
