Dr Stella Blanc (born March 27, 1993) is the President of Izaakia, an Investor and Former Ambassador to Besern. At the time of gaining office she was the Izaakian Prime Minister in over 200 years, within weeks of taking office she abolished the monarchy and became the first President of the United States of Izaakia. Her tenure as President has been marked by economic reforms and an active foreign policy, with notable interventions including the invasion of Nicholas and Great Britain.
Early Life
Stella Blanc was born at New Mako General Hospital on March 27th 1993 to Xander and Auphelia Blanc, owners of Blanc Supermarkets, an international shopping conglomeration. She was educated at St Ottery Preparatory School and the Black Prince Grammar School an exclusive private school.
Education
Stella Blanc was educated at New Mako University between 2011 and 2015. She studied for a BA in Politics where her dissertation on “Political Evolution vs Revolution” was widely published and earned her plaudits in political and academic circles. In the 2014/15 academic year she completed a Masters in Governance and Administration. Between 2015 and 2018 she earned a Doctorate in Economics and Development at Imperial University Izaakston, her published Thesis was on “Izaakian Development, from Exiles to Economic Powerhouse”.
Wealth and Banking Career
Dr Stella Blanc is believed to be worth around £1.2 Billlion. She is from a wealthy family, and has personally owned shares since the age of 12. She has had a remarkably successful investing career throughout her youth, and following her doctorate undertook an internship as an Investment Banker at the Hai Men Kimcheon Corporation (HMKC) between 2018 and 2019.
Diplomatic Career
Stella Blanc was headhunted by Foreign Minister Charles Boulangerie to become the new ambassador to Besern in 2019, she oversaw improved relations between the two nations. However, towards the end of her tenure she ordered the evacuation of Izaakian nationals and embassy staff to Gianatla due to the war with Absolutan. She maintained a skeleton staff in Brient during the war, and was widely praised for her calm headed approach. When the war ended at the end of 2020 she announced her intention to resign to pursue a political career.
Political Career
Stella Blanc joined the Liberal Party and stood for election in the North Manta City by-election. Within 3 days of entering parliament ok February 15th 2021 she was declared leader of the Liberal Party, which had recently lost its leader, and was in disarray unable to find a suitable successor. On February 16 2021 Prime Minister Valkyrie Mountbatten was removed from office following her breakdown and replaced on an interim basis by Bjorn Ragnarson, who announced a general election. On March 25th 2021 the Liberal Party won the election by a landslide with 512 of the 650 seats.
Premiership
Blancs premiership has been marked by great political, social and economic reform, noticeably within 2 weeks of coming to power she declared Izaakia a republic. The ceremony on April 5th 2021 marking the occasion where Empress Astrid symbolically transferred the Storm Sceptre to Stella Blanc declaring herself Montwælda and 1st President of the United States of Izaakia.
Her premiership has had its economic challenges as Izaakia adapts to a new economic era, whist sanctions during her premiership have harmed growth, the overall economic activity has increased, wIth noted increases in Manufacturing due to the surplus in cheap energy which her governments polices have produced. She has also introduced widespread Artificial intelligence into the Izaakian economy, particularly utilities, traffic flow and supply chain under the Syapse and Hive programs.
One of President Blancs key missions is the war on Crime and Corruption, whilst releasing non-violent drug users on the one hand she has shown to be ruthless with criminality and corruption on the other. In May 2021 she ordered the arrest of the Macaroni Mafia who were closely associated with former Prime Minister Ernest Le Rogue, resulting in 52 deaths after the Izaakian Defence Forces were called in for the first time in over 400 years. She has been critiqued for being heavy handed on crime.
Abroad she has improved relations with the global south, particularly with UPRAN, Techganet, Kosbareland and Esfalsa, creating an economic and military safe zone around Izaakia. However further afield relations have soured with Eareamland over their intervention in Rondenia, The Frost Empire over their occupation Reizen and Ryccia over their brutal invasion of Valora. Additionally, relations with Gianatla and Besern have deteriorated over disagreements about the Nicholas and Great Britain situation.
In August 2021 she officially declared peace between Izaakia, Montacia and Brodlancia after the final rebels led by the Duke of Olicana were defeated, marking the first time in 486 years that Izaakia had been officially at peace.
On the 3rd of October 2021 President Blanc was shot twice in an assassination attempt by 3 gang members backed by Ernest Le Rogue and a Hai Men Cartel, during the altercation she wounded one of the assailants and killed another, she was rushed to hospital for treatment. Following the attempt. being a member of an organised crime organisation became punishable and there were mass arrests across Izaakia. Ernest Le Rogue and his son Clive Le Rogue a minister in the Blanc Administration we’re arrested for their part in the conspiracy.
In November President Blanc announced a state of war between the United States of Izaakia and Nicholas and Great Britain. The war was declared without World Forum backing and between mid November and the Christmas Eve truce Izaakia successfully invaded half of the territory of N&GB. During a visit to troops on the front line, her vehicle hit an IED which flipped the vehicle and caused several broken bones. Protests against the war have been widespread, notably on Christmas Day when the Presidential villa at 57 Mount Pleasant Street Brodlancia was stormed. Following the ceasefire, Izaakia supported the removal of the dictator Nicholas, and observed elections for a new leader.
President Blanc went almost 2 months without a public appearance between Christmas Day and Mid-February, raising concerns about her health.

President Blanc is incredibly private about her personal life. It is not known what her relationship status is.
Health issues
Following being shot twice in an assassination attempt President Blanc was ordered to rest to prevent overexertion. She was also victim to a IED when visiting troops in N&GB, which caused a broken collar bone, several cracked ribs and a broken arm when the vehicle was flipped. Due to this accident and the assassination attempt, it is believed she struggles to lift her arms above her shoulders.
