Livonia is the capital and most-populous city of Livana. It is the seat of the Presidium of Livana, Parliament of Livana, Livanan Supreme Court, as well as the seat of Southern Liv state government. Apart from its political role, Livonia is also the seat of the High Priest of the Cultus Rationem.
