The War in Heckel, known sometimes as the Second Elbonian Liberation War, was a war fought in the Sugovian province of Heckel and its surrounding provinces between the Sugovian government and the self-proclaimed Elbonian Republic. The war was an escalation of the larger Elbonian conflict.
