Columbo Septimum COA (born 3 October 1953) is the 25th President of Anserisa. Previously he was Commissioner of Defence on the 3rd Antoninum Commission from 1990 to 1994.
Early life and education
Columbo Septimum was born on 3 October 1953 in Libério, in Anserisa, eldest of three children.
He attended the University of Anserisa between 1973 and 1977.
Career
After graduating from the University of Anserisa, Septimum worked as a military advisor for the Anserisan Air Force.
Commissioner of Defence
In 1986, he was asked to become Commissioner of Defence and he turned down the offer, being appointed as senior military advisor just the year before. In 1990, he was asked again and this time, accepted the offer.
