The Hon. Jacobo Holtium MA MDP CR MC MNC (born 1 August 1967) is the Vice-President of Anserisa. Previously he was First Congressist and General Representative from 2010 to 2013 and a Representative for Statera-Verbéra from 2008 to 2013.

Early life and education

Jacobo Holtium was born on 1 August 1967 in Verbéra, in Anserisa, only children.

He attended the University of Anserisa in Concordia in visual arts between 1986 and 1991 and at the Vespasiano-Marcianum School of Business in marketing between 1992 and 1997.

Career

In 2008, Holtium decided to present himself as candidate for the Socialist Union in the electoral district of Statera-Verbéra, he won the election in 2008.

He caused the surprise in 2010 by winning the leadership race of the Socialist Union in the National Convention and progressively gaining seats in the subsequent elections.

Nomination

He was approached in 2013 by Columbo Septimum to become the Vice-Presidential candidate in the 2014 election. The tandem was elected in 2014 and reelected in 2018.

Personal life

Holtium is openly homosexual and has been an advocate for the LBGT rights in Anserisa for many years and especially as Vice-President of Anserisa. He represented the government at all Pride parades since taking office in 2014.
