Map of the World Forum headquarters.

The Headquarters of the World Forum is located in a complex in Grovne, Sedunn, designed by Harr Onnienn and built by SNH and Gra-Setru. The complex was inaugurated in February 2, 2020, and before that, the WF was headquartered in temporary buildings, including the Tillava Old Factory and the New Setru Mall across the road. It is located in the Bellderē area in the north-east of Grovne, overlooking the river Setru.

The headquarters is the seat of the Assembly of the World Forum. The complex is not extraterritorial, it is under the sole administration of Sedunn, but all dignitaries and representatives enjoy diplomatic immunity. Furthermore, there are some exceptions from Sedunnic law regarding e.g. employment and law enforcement. Within the complex premises, special WF security and fire protection services operate independently of Sedunnic authorities, and a police-like force has been granted a mandate to enforce Sedunnic law.

Structures

Assembly building

The Assembly Building houses the Assembly, supporting offices, ambassadors and a visiting centre. It holds the Assembly hall, a large room in the centre of the building, having a seating capacity of 2,000. The building further houses several restaurants, cafés, conference and meeting rooms and recreational areas.

The building is meant to resemble the WF seal, with five wedges pointing inwards, connected by a ring. Inside the ring and on the top floors lies the Assembly hall, which has a large glass roof. The total floor count is 17, with three being underground. The main construction materials are stainless steel and glass.

Tillava Old Factory

The Tillava Old Factory was one of many factories located upstream from the city centre that benefited from the Setru as a means of transportation and waste removal. The construction of rail ways and pollution control forced many of these factories to close, including a factory that made tyres for the Tillava bicycle brand. The building was deserted for many years, like many similar structures in the Bellderē area, until it was refurbished and used as a conference hall by the Grovne Municipality. In 2017, on 3 March 2017, Sedunnic King Vimmru Innienn hosted the Grovne Conference in the building, laying the groundwork for the WF. Today the building still is used for conferences, and houses a small museum. The factory is mostly made of brown bricks.

Plaza

The Plaza is a large flat area that holds the main gate to the complex, several monuments as well as flag poles with flags of all WF members along the roads that stretch from the main gate to the Assembly building.

Other structures

The complex has several parks for recreation, a helicopter pad, a quay and low-rise facilities for security and maintenance staff. A solar farm generates electricity for the complex, by 2025 the the entire complex shall be self-sufficient on electricity.
