Nowell Riley Trenton (birth name: Riley, adopted name: Trenton) (born January 20th 1975.) is a politician in Nasphilitae from Suhavenster, currently serving as the 21st Head of HM Shadow Cabinet leading the Parliamentary Opposition, and 1st leader of the Opportunity Party since the 2024 general elections in Nasphilitae. Nowell Riley was born in an impoverished family on the north-east outskirts of Suhavenster. After an inspection from the Social Service into the Riley household in 1987., Nowell was put into custody and transferred into the Orphanage of Suhavenster, where he would reside from age 12 to age 14. In 1989., Nowell was adopted into the Trenton family household, growing up until reaching the legal age of adulthood in Nasphilitae of 21 in 1996. Keeping the name of both his biological and adopted families, Nowell married Alexandra Lindsay in 2004. Nowell and Alexandra have four children, all starting with the letter "M": Misty (born 2005), Matthew (born 2007), Mark (born 2010) and Martha (born 2013).

After completing the Mandatorian basic education in 1996., he enrolled into the University of Suhavensters Program for Journalism, where he earned his Journalism BA in 2000. His MA thesis, "Meteorological model applications in predictive social network analysis", was defended in 2002. Nowell started his career in PrototAutomaton, in the Department of Consumer Audience Modelling, where he would remain until 2014. From 2014-2020., he worked in the Advisory Consultate for Public Engagement within Unit Eight of the AID. Shortly thereafter, he was transferred as the Chief of Advertisement for AgraMerc. It should be noted that AgraMerc is a production-distribution conglomerate for agriculture in Nasphilitae, which the Higher and lower nobility in Nasphilitae hold explicit monopoly over. It's speculated that he was taken as a protege of some Peer from 2014. for this reason.

He is part of the Reformed Anglican Church of Nasphilitae. Politically, he is owned pejoratively described as adhering to "Red Tory" positions, though would comment that he views the label as a compliment. Cited influences include King Darzens and Mark Guy, founder of the 1864. Unions Party and pioneer of the Praxis socialist thought in Nasphilitae.
