The name for Anserisa comes from the princely House of Anserisa which unified the three counties in 1443 and ruled from 1443-1700 and 1713-1792.

Proof of inhabitants from before 1201 has been found in many places on all three islands but significantly on Haliétusa. It is thought that these people were nomadic and seafearers that moved from islands to islands since traces of similar items were found on the surronding islands of the Rainbow Islands.

Anserisan Empire
People consider the reign of Hadriano to be one of great technological advancement. Science and technology was heavily subsidized by the Emperor and there was a great development in infrastructures and public works. Sanitation was implemented in all municipalities and railroad works began. But for all the great achievements, Hadriano was a cruel emperor who was executing a lot of opponents. By 1810, new republican revolts began and were heavily repressed until 1815, when Hadriano was overthrown.
