The Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Pelinai (Pelinese: ペリナイ王国防衛省) is the Pelinese governmental ministry responsible for the management and direction of the Pelinese Armed Forces. The commander-in-chief of the armed forces is nominally the reigning monarch of Pelinai, while top-level strategic direction is given by the Prime Minister of Pelinai.

The current Minister of Defense is Army General Anton Radovoy, who took office in 2020.
