The Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Pelinai (Pelinese: ペリナイ王国防衛省, Perinai Ōkoku Bōei Shō) is the Pelinese governmental ministry responsible for the management and direction of the Pelinese Armed Forces. The commander-in-chief of the armed forces is nominally the reigning monarch of Pelinai, while top-level strategic direction is given by the Prime Minister of Pelinai and the appointed Minister of Defense.
The Ministry of Defense is broadly divided into administrative and operational components. Directorates of the military branches serve to provide training, personnel services, and other management functions, while operational command is performed by the High Commands of Forces.
The current Minister of Defense is Army General Anton Radovoy, who took office in 2020.
