The Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Pelinai (Pelinese: ペリナイ王国防衛省, Perinai Ōkoku Bōei Shō) is the Pelinese governmental ministry responsible for the organization, equipment, management, and command of the Pelinese Armed Forces. The commander-in-chief of the armed forces is nominally the reigning monarch of Pelinai, while operational control and top-level strategic direction is are provided by the Prime Minister of Pelinai and the appointed Minister of Defense.

The Ministry of Defense is broadly divided into administrative and operational components. Assorted directorates, departments, and main commands of the branches serve to provide training, organization, personnel services, material handling, rear area services, and other administrative/management functions, while operational command is performed by the High Commands of Forces.

The Ministry of Defense employs the majority of armed services personnel in Pelinai, including the army, navy, air force, space force, and most supporting logistical personnel. In addition to the Armed Forces normally organized under it, several other uniformed services maintained by the Pelinese federal government may also be placed under its command during wartime situations; this includes the Royal Pelinese Civil Defense Force and the Royal Pelinese Uniformed Medical Service.

The current Minister of Defense is Army General Anton Radovoy, who took office in 2020.
